Kao Suan Kwang Grilled Chicken

          Kao Suan Kwang grilled chicken is the name of Khon Kaen province, as well as fermented papaya salad. The people of Khon Kaen province, popularly known as "Lao Salad".

          Grilled chicken recipe Kao Suan Kwang process is charcoal.  By the fermentation of whole chicken, dressing well. Including garlic, pepper, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce in sauce, a little sugar, mix thoroughly, then soak the refridgerator for about 1-2 hours to absorb water in the chicken and the chicken flavor and tenderness. After the chicken on a charcoal grill over medium heat. While the grill and brush the chicken with garlic is fragrant and delicious taste.  Roast the chicken for about 20-30 minutes until golden skin to eat. Shall be available.
